Description
Never resort to screen-time again when you need a break
Hi, Mama, Is this You?
➝
You’re counting down the minutes to bedtime, unsure what to DO with your kids all day to fill the hours
➝
When you’re making dinner, you’re bombarded with tear-filled, leg-hugging drama while your rice burns and the smoke detector blares
➝
You can’t even get 3 minutes alone to pee in peace without being mummified with toilet paper while simultaneously used as a jungle gym
It’s not that you want to give your kid a screen.
You’ve bookmarked learning activities, maybe even gave up your precious personal time after your kid went to bed to set up a Pinterest-worthy activity. Only to have them play with it for 10 seconds (long enough to dump the rainbow rice all over the floor) before declaring they’re bored.
But I’m here to tell you, it’s not your fault.
You see, if your kiddo is used to using screens for entertainment, there’s a bit of “unwiring” needed so they can focus and get engaged in an activity.
Which is why you need hands-on, gamified learning activities that are just as engaging and fun as a screen and gives their brains the challenge it craves.
But without you investing a lot of time & energy into prep work.

Skills Your Child Will Learn With Preschool Printable Activities
1
Language Development & Phonics
The alphabet flashcards help with letter recognition and phonics, important for early reading and literacy. The beginning letter clip cards practice letter-sound correspondence, helping preschoolers and toddlers develop phonemic awareness and identify initial sounds in words.
2
Early math skills
Number recognition and sense of numeracy, building the foundational skills for counting and basic math operations. Use these in place of preschool math worksheets.
3
Visual discrimination and Geometry
Introduction to different shapes, helping preschoolers and toddlers to recognize and name shapes, building their visual discrimination abilities and laying groundwork for geometry concepts later on.
4.
Fine Motor Skills
By using clothespins to clip (or playdough or dot marker to identify) the correct number or letter, kids enhance their hand-eye coordination and fine motor control, while building hand muscles.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age are these activities suitable for?
Aimed at ages 2 to 6 years old. Including toddlers, preschool & pre-K kids, kindergarten students and early elementary kids. Activities are designed with a range of skills, to keep growing with your child.
What materials do I need to set up these activities?
A home printer, copy paper (cardstock recommended), scissors, laminator and sheets (optional), clothespins
Are The Activities Appropriate for Early Learning?
They are aligned with supporting the healthy developmental needs of preschool children. As a cognitive psychologist, I investigate the data behind how children learn best. And I use that early learning info to structure my activities so your child is learning in a developmentally appropriate way. Research shows that worksheets are not appropriate for Pre-K students. And my activities are anti-worksheets. My activities require kids to use their hands to manipulate them in order to complete the activity. They do not require kids to have any writing abilities (unlike most worksheets). And they would align with a structured play-based preschool program. Also, while not strictly Montessori-focused, they are Montessori aligned.
Can This Activity Be Used For Homeschooling Or In A Classroom Setting?
Absolutely! Use them to supplement a homeschool or classroom lesson plan or curriculum. Perfect for homeschooling parents, daycare providers, babysitters, or preschool teachers to use in classroom activities.
Can I print and use this activity immediately after purchase?
Yes, your download will be available within seconds after your payment goes through. You’ll receive an email with a link to your download, and if you create an account, you can always access your files there. Downloads never expire and have no download limits.
Can this activity be used multiple times, or is it a one-time use?
Definitely reuse these cards over and over. You can always print multiple copies, but I recommend laminating for durability. I’ve also included lots of ideas plus an entire guide on how to use these cards in fun games and activities.
Does the PDF provide clear instructions on how to use the activity?
Always! All of my printables include clear instructions — from printing & setting up your activity, to how to engage with your child while you play. Plus lots of bonus creative ideas of how to use this activity in unique and fun ways.
What are the terms of use?
For personal use only. Use it in 1 household or 1 classroom. No commercial usage and can not be resold.
